- az, el, slantrange: look angles and distance to point under test (degrees, degrees, meters)
- az: azimuth clockwise from local north
- el: elevation angle above local horizon
- angleUnit: string for angular units. Default 'd': degrees
Outputs
- north, east, down: coordinates of points (meters)
